UPDATE? A couple of weeks ago I received some news that had me stopping to pray, fast and seek/listen on the Lord and have to change trajectory. What’s Happened? The Team in Nepal called me with news of political tension causing complications for the mission teams there. Joining their team would draw more attention and put in jeopardy families/workers and local believers that have been faithfully serving the lord to fullfil the great commission as missionaries in the Himalayan region. Prayer Points for Nepal Pray for breakthrough in the government pray for the local believers pray for the families and teams that are missionaries there that they would be protected, and find favour in those against them that the church would grow admits persecution Nepal was hit by heavy floods- please join me in prayer for this nation and its people!
What does that mean ? After talking with the team in Nepal and praying, I have decided that I will no longer be moving there. There are many reasons and details to this decision that are hard to articulate over newsletter (if you’d like to call, message or email questions, i’ll answer to the best of my ability). But I've placed my life in the Lords hands trusting he is faithful and worthy of everything especially in the midst of change. So? what are you doing now Natarnia? Good Question! I am still a missionary preparing to launch to the Nations, My heart for and behind missions has not changed. Central Asia has the highest concentration of mountainous countries in the world and someone needs to go and let people know that there is a God who created them that loves them so much that he sent is only son to die for them! Who is that someone?…….. Hi! I’m someone! I am spending the rest of this year in Australia- building my support system ( prayer/financial) Ministering/serving my local church and community preparing for an initial strike trip to Central Asia for beginning of next year getting equiped and set up to start pioneering ( figuring out logistics, team ect) The last few weeks- Church Tour and so much more! I have had the privilege of going around to different local churches in Australia to share my heart for missions. In this process the Lord has been reminding me of his faithfulness. As I share the testimonies of his goodness in my life with these churches i’m reminded of story after story that the Lord has directed, protected and been faithful to me and all the doubts and uncertainties became still, replaced with a peace that only the Lord can bring.
prayer requests For wisdom in these next steps and change for my future missions team a season of growth and refresh for my monthly support to be at a place where I can live sustainable in the nations doing Gods work for opportunities to speak into the lives of people in my community for deeper relationships pray that the lord shapes me into the leader he needs me to be as I begin this pioneering process pray for me as I work on the areas of my life that need more discipline.
